Mr. Al Abbasi is the co-founder and CEO of BE | Developing People Organization, a local consultancy firm specializing in providing organizational development solutions for a variety of clients. He is an inspirational leader and organizational development professional with demonstrated strengths in assessing organizational needs, setting strategic directions, leading change initiatives, and designing and implementing initiatives that enhance individual and corporate learning, performance, and productivity. Mr. Al Abbasi has acquired knowledge and experience through 23 years of working with local and multinational organizations in diverse industries, including management consulting, telecommunications, commercial & trading, media & advertising, and automotive. He is the author of the "BE TNA" Training Needs Analysis Model, which focuses on strategies and practical methodologies to help organizations effectively identify their training needs and achieve their strategic goals and objectives.

He is dedicated to supporting the establishment and effective implementation of a robust organizational effectiveness system. This system could contribute to positioning Madarat at the forefront of the Iraqi civil society landscape in terms of organizational credibility and accountability.
